Thalapodichil :

Pizhichil Therapy : Pizhichil and Savangadhara are technically the same. Pizhichil literally means squeezing. Here a warm medicated oil is Squeezed onto the patient's body from a piece of cloth that is periodically soaked in a vessel containing the oil. |

/ Pinda Swedana
